🔄 Two Ways to Return a Lead to the Campaign:

1. From the Campaign Tracking Dashboard:

When you’re ready to return a lead to the campaign, it’s crucial to specify the exact time for their re-entry. Besides timing you can also chose to which campaign lead will be exactly returned.

Remember, if you don’t opt to return the lead to the campaign, you always have Saved Replies or instant replies at your fingertips, right in the chat's bottom-left corner.
